Eligibility Details
1. PET Requirement
- Must have appeared in UPSSSC PET-2025.
- Must possess a valid scorecard with a non-zero / non-negative normalized score.
2. Essential Qualification
- Diploma in Pharmacy from a Government-recognized institution.
- Registration with the State Pharmacy Council, Uttar Pradesh.
Selection Procedure
Stage 1: Shortlisting
- Based on PET-2025 score.
- Commission generally shortlists 15 times the total vacancies (category-wise).
Stage 2: Main Written Examination
- Final selection will be based on merit obtained in the written examination.

How to Apply – Bheshajik (Pharmacist) Main Examination 2026
Candidates must apply online only through the official website. Applications submitted through any other mode will not be accepted.
Step 1: Visit Official Website
- Go to the official website: upsssc.gov.in
- Click on the “Live Advertisement” section.
- Open the advertisement for Bheshajik (Pharmacist) Main Examination (01-Exam/2026).
- Read the full notification carefully before applying.
- Ensure you meet all eligibility conditions (Age, PET-2025 score, Diploma in Pharmacy, Registration with State Pharmacy Council UP).
Step 2: Login / Applicant Authentication
You must log in using your PET-2025 Registration Number.
You can authenticate in two ways:
- Option 1: Through Personal Details
- Enter PET Registration Number
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Domicile (UP)
- Category
- Option 2: Through OTP
- Enter PET Registration Number
- Enter OTP received on registered mobile number/email
Step 3: Fill Application Form
- Your personal details (from PET-2025) will be auto-filled.
- Enter required educational details:
- Diploma in Pharmacy details
- Registration with State Pharmacy Council, UP
- Board/University Name
- Passing Year
- Certificate/Roll Number
- Select “Yes” or “No” for required qualification.
- Enter verification code.
- Click Submit.
- An 11-digit Application Number will be generated — save it carefully.
Step 4: Photo & Signature
- Your PET-2025 photo and signature will appear automatically.
- You cannot change or edit them.
- Click Continue to proceed.
Step 5: Preferential Qualification & Declaration
- Select “Yes” or “No” if:
- You have served 2 years in Territorial Army
- You have NCC ‘B’ Certificate
- Read the declaration carefully.
- Tick the checkbox.
- Enter verification code.
- Click Save and Submit.
Step 6: Pay Application Fee
- All categories must pay ₹25 (online processing fee).
- Payment modes:
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Internet Banking
- UPI
- SBI e-Challan
Important:
- Only shortlisted candidates will pay additional Main Exam fee later before admit card download.
Step 7: Final Submission & Print
- After successful fee payment, application will be submitted automatically.
- Download and print two copies of the final application form.
- Keep it safe for future use (Document Verification).
Step 8: Application Modification (If Needed)
- Correction allowed until 05 April 2026.
- Visit Applicant Dashboard on website.
- Login using PET Registration Number.
- Click “Modify Application”.
- Enter OTP received to unlock form.
