Eligibility Details
- Education: Must have Class 12 (Senior Secondary) from a recognized board.
- Computer Qualification: Any one of the following is required:
- O Level / CCC or higher from NIELIT
- COPA / DPCS certificate
- Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Computer Science / Computer Applications
- Class 12 with Computer Science / Computer Applications subject
- Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering
- RSCIT (VMOU, Kota) or equivalent
- CET: Must have appeared & qualified CET (Senior Secondary Level) 2024.
- Language: Working knowledge of Hindi (Devanagari script).
- Culture: Basic knowledge of Rajasthan culture.
- Final Year Students: Eligible, but qualification must be completed before Phase-II Typing Test.
- Ex-Servicemen: Eligible as per rules (15 years service with equivalent certificate).
- Health & Character: Must be physically & mentally fit with good character certificates.
Selection Procedure
Step 1: CET Eligibility
- Must have appeared & qualified CET (Senior Secondary Level) 2024.
- CET score is used only for eligibility, not for final merit.
Step 2: Phase-I Written Examination

- If not attempting a question, option E must be filled
- More than 10% unanswered (no option filled) → Disqualified
Step 3: Shortlisting for Phase-II
- Minimum marks required in each paper:
- General: 40%
- SC/ST: 35%
- Only 3 times the total vacancies are shortlisted for Phase-II.

- Preference filled in application
Step 6: Document Verification (DV)
- Verification of:
- Age, category, education, CET, typing qualification
- If found ineligible → candidature cancelled
