Selection Procedure

| Merit List | Merit list will be prepared based on percentage of marks obtained in the essential qualification for the post. |
| Medical Fitness | Candidates must be medically fit as per IndianOil’s prescribed medical format. A Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness Certificate is required. |
| Document Verification | Shortlisted candidates must appear for document verification with original certificates and self-attested copies (DOB proof, caste certificate if applicable, educational certificates, Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, medical certificate, etc.). |
| Provisional Candidature | Selection is provisional until all documents are verified. False or incorrect information will lead to cancellation of candidature. |
| Management Decision | Final decision on eligibility, selection, or cancellation will rest with IOCL management. |
| Employment After Training | Completion of apprenticeship does not guarantee employment. IOCL has no obligation to offer a job after training. |
