Eligibility Details
- Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized university or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in the local language (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) of the State/UT applied for. Exemption if studied the language in 10th standard or above.
- Computer Literacy: Must have knowledge of computer systems. Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations or studied Computer/IT in school/college.

Selection Procedure
1. Online Registration and Application Fees Payment
- Apply online through the official IBPS website (www.ibps.in).
- Registration period: August 1 to August 21, 2025.
2. Pre-Examination Training (PET) – Optional
- Optional online training for SC, ST, OBC, Minority Communities, Ex-Servicemen, PwBD candidates.
- Training is not a guarantee for selection.
3. Online Examination – Preliminary
- Scheduled: October 2025.
- Structure:
- English Language: 30 Qs, 30 Marks, 20 mins
- Numerical Ability: 35 Qs, 35 Marks, 20 mins
- Reasoning Ability: 35 Qs, 35 Marks, 20 mins
- Total: 100 Questions, 100 Marks, 60 mins.
- Penalty for wrong answers: 0.25 mark deduction per wrong answer.
- Must qualify each section and meet cut-off marks to proceed.
4. Result of Preliminary Examination
- Tentative Result: November 2025.
5. Online Examination – Main
- Scheduled: November 2025.
- Structure:
- General/Financial Awareness: 40 Qs, 50 Marks, 20 mins
- General English: 40 Qs, 40 Marks, 35 mins
- Reasoning Ability: 40 Qs, 60 Marks, 35 mins
- Quantitative Aptitude: 35 Qs, 50 Marks, 30 mins
- Total: 155 Questions, 200 Marks, 120 mins.
- Final Merit: Based on Main Examination marks.
6. Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT)
- For candidates applying in specific State/UT.
- Must pass the test after Main Examination (before joining).
- Exemptions for those who studied the local language in 10th standard or above.
7. Provisional Allotment
- Tentative Date: March 2026.
- Based on merit-cum-preference, IBPS scores, and vacancies.
- A reserve list may be maintained.
8. Document Verification and Joining
- Verification of eligibility documents after provisional allotment.
- Documents Required:
- Application printout, ID proof, educational certificates, local language proficiency proof, caste/category certificates, etc.
- Candidates must maintain a healthy credit score.
- Biometric Verification at various stages of the process.
9. Other Considerations
- Misconduct/Unfair Means: May lead to disqualification and criminal prosecution.
- Identity Verification: Bring valid call letter and photo ID at the exam center.
- Candidature is Provisional: Final decision rests with the participating bank.
- No Change after Submission: Cannot change details like Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, etc., after submission.

How to Apply for IBPS CRP-CSA-XV (IBPS Clerk 2025 Form Filling Steps)
- Access Application Form:
- Visit the official IBPS website: www.ibps.in
- Click on “CRP CSA” and select “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP- Customer Service Associates (CRP-CSA-XV)”.
- New Registration:
- Click “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION”.
- Enter your basic information and get your provisional registration number and password.
- Upload Documents:
- Upload the required documents:
- Photograph, signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration, 10th certificate, Clause K (ix) certificate (if applicable), and live photo.

- Fill in the application details carefully.
- Use “SAVE AND NEXT” to verify before final submission.
- Once submitted, certain details (like Name, Email, etc.) cannot be changed.

- Payment of Fees:
