Selection Procedure & Exam Pattern – MP Paramedical Cadre Exam 2025

Exam Date:

  • From 27 September 2025 (Saturday)

Exam Mode:

  • Online (Computer-Based Test)
  • Objective type (Multiple-Choice Questions)
  • Medium: Hindi and English

Exam Structure:

  • Total Marks: 100
  • Part A (25 Marks):
    General Knowledge, General Hindi, General English, General Mathematics, General Science, General Aptitude
  • Part B (75 Marks):
    Technical subject-related questions based on the applied post

Marking Scheme:

  • 1 mark for each correct answer
  • No negative marking
  • If any question is canceled, marks will be adjusted based on the remaining valid questions

Result Preparation:

  • If the exam is held in multiple shifts, scores will be normalized using the Normalized Equi-Percentile (NEP) method

Qualifying Marks:

  • Unreserved (UR): 50% marks
  • SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD: 40% marks

Biometric Verification:

  • Aadhaar-based biometric verification is compulsory at the exam center and during the exam

Prohibited Items:

  • Mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, papers, or any electronic gadgets are strictly banned inside the exam hall

Reporting Time:

  • Candidates must report on time. Late entry will not be allowed

Merit List & Tie-Breaking:

  • Provisional and waiting lists will be prepared based on percentile scores
  • In case of a tie:
    1. Candidate with higher proportionate marks will be preferred
    2. If still tied, the older candidate (based on date of birth) will be given preference
