Selection Process
- 1. Online Test
- 4 Sections: English, Banking Knowledge, General Awareness, Reasoning + Quant.
- Total: 120 Questions, 120 Marks, 120 Minutes.
- Qualifying Marks: 40% (General/EWS), 35% (SC/ST/OBC/PwD).
- Negative Marking: 0.25 per wrong answer.
- 2. Psychometric Test
- To check fit for sales role and Bank’s values.
- 3. Language Proficiency Test (LPT)
- Must know the local language of the applied state.
- Exempted if 10th/12th had the local language subject.
- 4. Group Discussion (GD) / Personal Interview (PI)
- Based on Online Test performance.
- Qualifying Marks: 60% (General), 55% (Reserved).
- Assesses personality, communication, and suitability.
- 5. Final Merit List
- Based on scores of Online Test + GD/PI/Psychometric (as applicable).
- Must qualify in all stages.
- 6. Biometric Verification
- Done before/after exam, at interview, and joining.
- Refusal may lead to disqualification.
- 7. Document Verification
- Originals + photocopies required at interview.
- Includes ID proof, qualifications, caste, experience, etc.
- 8. Misconduct Rules
- Cheating/unfair means = disqualification + blacklisting.
- No electronic devices allowed.
- 9. Call Letters
