Eligibility Details

Trainee Engineer (Electronics / Mechanical / Electrical / Computer Science)	B.E./B.Tech in relevant branch (Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, CS) or equivalent. Minimum 55% (50% for SC/ST/PwBD for reserved posts).
Trainee Officer (Finance)	CA / CMA (pass) OR MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma in Finance (2 years) from Govt-recognized Univ/Institute.
Trainee Officer (Human Resource)	MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma in HR, PM&IR, Personnel Mgmt, IR, Social Work, etc. (2 years, Govt recognized).
Trainee Officer (Business Development)	MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma (2 years) with specialization in Marketing / Sales & Marketing from Govt-recognized institute.
Trainee Diploma Assistant (Electronics)	3-Year Diploma (or equivalent) in Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation, Automation & Robotics. Govt recognized.

Selection Procedure

Stage	Details
1. Initial Screening	Screening of applications based on eligibility.
2. Written Test (CBoT)	Online test (Computer Based) with 120 questions in 2 hours. – 100 Questions: Subject / Discipline-related – 20 Questions: General Aptitude (Quant, Reasoning, English) – Qualifying Marks: UR: 50%, OBC/SC/ST/PwBD (for reserved posts): 40% – Weightage: 85% in final selection – Test Centers: Hyderabad & surroundings, Visakhapatnam
3. Interview	Only for candidates qualifying the CBoT. Ratio: 1:7 (up to 1:10) as per merit & category – Weightage: 15% in final selection
4. Final Merit	Based on combined marks of CBoT (85%) + Interview (15%)
5. Appointment	Subject to document verification, medical fitness, and eligibility confirmation
6. Notifications	All updates (CBT shortlist, interview list, final result) on BDL official website
