Selection Procedure

1. Written Examination

• Objective type, 160 questions, 400 marks.
• Duration: 2 hours.
• Subjects (40 questions, 100 marks each):
  • General Hindi
  • Basic Law / Constitution / General Knowledge
  • Numerical & Mental Ability Test
  • Mental Aptitude / IQ / Reasoning Test
• Qualifying: Min. 35% in each subject and 50% overall.
• Except General Hindi, paper will be in Hindi & English.
• If held in multiple shifts, normalization will apply.

2. Document Verification & Physical Standard Test (PST)

• For candidates who qualify written exam.
• Document check: Original educational & other certificates.
• PST: Height, chest (males), weight (females) measured.
• Qualifying only — marks not counted in final merit.
