Things to Keep Ready Before Applying
- Valid email ID and mobile number (must remain active throughout the recruitment).
- Scanned images of your Photograph, Signature, Left Thumb Impression, and Handwritten Declaration in the required format.
Document Guidelines
- Photograph: Recent colour passport-size photo on a light background, size 20–50 kb. Also, a live photo capture will be required during the form filling.
- Signature: On white paper with black ink, not in CAPITAL letters, size 10–20 kb.
- Left Thumb Impression: On white paper with black/blue ink, size 20–50 kb.
- Handwritten Declaration: Write in English (not in CAPITALS) —
“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
Size 50–100 kb. For visually impaired candidates, typed text with thumb impression is allowed.

- Carefully verify all details before clicking Final Submit. No changes are allowed later.
- Upload Photo, Signature, Thumb Impression, and Declaration as per given size and format.
- Fill in other required details of the form.
- Preview the application, make corrections if needed, and then Final Submit.
- Pay the application fee online.
- After payment, download and print the e-Receipt and Application Form for future reference.
