Eligibility Details

• Must have a Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Knowledge of the local language.
• For NATS candidates: Graduation result must be declared between 01.04.2021 and 01.08.2025; must produce mark sheet & degree/provisional certificate.
• Should not have done Apprenticeship earlier in IOB or any other organization.
• Should not be currently pursuing Apprenticeship under the Apprentices Act 1961.
• Candidates with 1 year or more training/job experience after graduation are not eligible.

Selection Procedure

• Online Written Test (Objective, 100 Qs, 100 Marks, 90 mins)
  • Sections:
    • General/Financial Awareness – 25 Marks
    • General English – 25 Marks
    • Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude – 25 Marks
    • Computer/Subject Knowledge – 25 Marks
  • Qualifying: Minimum aggregate % (5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD).
  • Merit list based on marks (tie → older candidate preferred).
• Local Language Test
  • Must know local language (read, write, speak, understand).
  • Held at DV stage.
  • Exempted if 10th/12th marksheet shows studied that language.
• Personal Interaction
  • May be conducted by Bank.
  • Details (date, time, venue) via BFSI SSC email.
• Document Verification
  • Original + self-attested copies required.
  • Key docs: DOB proof, Photo ID, Educational certificates, Caste/PwBD/EWS certificate (valid & updated).
  • Final selection only after successful DV.
• Medical Fitness
  • Must be declared fit by Bank’s doctor/MBBS doctor.
  • Engagement is provisional until medical clearance.
• Results & Waitlist
  • Results published on Bank’s website.
  • State + category wise waitlist valid for 1 year to fill vacancies.
