• On completion of 4 years, Agniveervayu will receive a Seva Nidhi package
• Total Corpus Contribution after 4 years:
  • ₹5.02 Lakh from Agniveervayu
  • ₹5.02 Lakh from Government of India
• Total Seva Nidhi Amount: ₹10.04 Lakh (excluding interest)

Selection Procedure

• Phase-I: Online Test
  • Objective-type, bilingual (except English)
  • Duration: 45 to 85 mins (based on subjects)
  • Negative marking: -0.25 for each wrong answer
  • Admit card sent 48–72 hrs before exam
• Phase-II:
  • Admit card issued to shortlisted candidates
  • Document verification
  • PFT (already detailed separately)
  • Adaptability Test-I – Objective test to assess adaptability to IAF job roles
  • Adaptability Test-II – Assesses adjustment to military lifestyle
• Phase-III: Medical Exam
  • Conducted by IAF medical team as per standards
  • Includes physical, lab, X-ray, and other tests
  • Unfit candidates can apply for re-exam (AMB) with ₹40
• Final Selection:
  • PSL (Provisional Select List) published on 15 May 2026
  • Enrolment List released on 01 June 2026
  • Enrolment via e-call letters
