Selection Process: Customer Service Executive/Assistant (Multipurpose)
1. Online Examination
- Two stages:
- Preliminary Exam
- Main Exam
- Both are MCQ-based (Objective Type).
- Negative marking: 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer.
- Cut-off marks in each section and overall.
- Marks may be adjusted (normalization) if exam is held in multiple shifts.
2. Call Letter & Identity Proof
- Download call letter from biharscb.co.in.
- Carry the following to the exam center:
- Printed call letter
- Original photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, etc.)
- Photocopy of the same ID
- Name on ID and call letter must match exactly.
- If the name has changed, carry official proof (like marriage certificate or affidavit).
3. Biometric Verification
- Biometric data (thumb/IRIS/photo) will be taken:
- Before exam
- After exam
- During document verification
- At the time of joining
- Refusing this may lead to disqualification.
4. Document Verification
- Submit original documents at the time of verification:
- Caste certificate (SC/ST/BC/MBC/WBC)
- PWD certificate (if applicable)
- EWS certificate (if applicable)
- Freedom Fighter certificate (if applicable)
- All certificates must be in the Bihar Government format.
5. Final Appointment Formalities
- Selected candidates must:
- Clear medical test and police verification.
- Submit personal guarantee and fidelity bond.
- Sign a 2–3 years service bond with the bank (as per bank policy).
