Eligibility Details

• Diploma in Engineering in any one of these fields:
  Electronics / Electronics & Tele-communication / Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics / Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Computer Applications OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science with any one of these subjects:
  Electronics / Computer Science / Physics / Mathematics OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications (BCA)
• Final result of Diploma/Degree must be declared on or before 14.09.2025 (11:59 PM).
• Candidates whose results are pending are not eligible.

Selection Procedure

The recruitment process will be carried out in three tiers followed by verification stages.

2. Cut-off Marks for Tier-I

Note: Cut-offs are minimum qualifying marks and may increase depending on vacancies and performance.

3. Shortlisting for Tier-II & Tier-III

• Candidates scoring above cut-off in Tier-I will be shortlisted.
• Shortlisting ratio: 5 times the number of vacancies.
• Based on normalized marks in Tier-I.
• Ratio may be restricted depending on cut-off trends.

4. Final Merit List

• Prepared on the combined performance in Tier-I, Tier-II, and Tier-III.
• A waiting list will also be maintained.
• Final appointment depends on:
  • Character & Antecedent Verification
  • Medical Examination
  • Other government norms
• Appointment will be initially temporary, later made permanent.

5. Tie-Breaking Rules

If two or more candidates score the same total marks, the tie will be resolved in the following order:

1. Higher marks in Tier-I
2. Higher marks in Tier-II
3. Higher marks in Tier-III
4. Older age (Date of Birth)
5. Alphabetical order of first name
