Selection Procedure
- Eligibility & GATE – Candidate must be eligible and have valid GATE 2023/2024/2025 score in relevant paper.
- Shortlisting – Based on application details, list will be published on AAI website.
- GATE Score Weightage – Equal weightage to GATE 2023, 2024, and 2025.
- Application Verification – Shortlisted candidates must produce original documents, ID proof, and self-attested copies. No extra time allowed.
- NOC Requirement – Govt/PSU employees must submit NOC at verification stage.
- Provisional Selection – Based on merit list prepared from GATE score after verification.
- Tie-Breaking – Higher GATE score → Older age → Higher qualifying degree marks.
- Reserved Category Rule – Reserved candidates selected on UR norms will be counted under UR category.
- Offer Letter – Details published on AAI website and sent to registered email.
- Training & Bond (JE Electronics) – 6 months training + ₹7 lakh surety bond for 3 years service.
- Final Conditions – Subject to document verification, medical standards (no color/night blindness). Medical cost borne by candidate.
- Disqualification – False information/misconduct leads to rejection or termination.
How to Apply for AAI Junior Executive Recruitment 2025
- Apply Online Only – Applications can be submitted only at www.aai.aero under the “CAREERS” tab. No other mode is accepted.
- Read Instructions – Go through all instructions on the portal before filling the form.
- Register Email & Mobile – Use a valid email ID and mobile number (cannot be changed later, must remain active).
- Check Eligibility – Ensure you meet all eligibility norms and have valid documents ready.
- Keep Documents Ready – Educational certificates, GATE score card, caste/disability/discharge/apprentice certificates (as applicable), scanned photo (recent, white background), scanned signature, and payment details.
- Fill Application Form – Enter details exactly as in Matriculation certificate (Name, Father’s Name, DOB). Mention correct GATE registration number. Double-check all entries before final submission.
- Pay Application Fee – ₹300/- (online payment only).
- Exempted: SC/ST, PwBD, Female candidates, and AAI Apprentices (1 year training completed).
- Submit & Print – After payment, submit the form and take a printout for your record. Do not send it by post/email.
